1. Click on the Formvote Bubble (top right) and Select Settings from the drop down menu.
2. In the Profile Picture field, click on Change (Profile Picture Found Under Account Settings).
3. Click the Browse (or Choose File) button, select a picture to upload and click Save Changes.
○ Your thumbnail will only appear after you click Save Changes.
You can keep your posts public or make them private.
○ How to make your posts Private:
1. Log in to your Formvote account.
2. Click on the Formvote Bubble (top right) and Select Settings from the drop down menu.
3. Scroll down to your Privacy Settings, choose Private and click Save Changes.
○ Make your posts Public again by updating your Privacy Settings and clicking Save Changes.
Click the Like icon (top right - heart) to publicly let someone know you like their post.
○ The heart will turn red.
1. Find the post you want to write a comment on and Click the Comments icon (top right - next to Like icon).
2. Write a comment and Click Send Message.
○ You can only comment on your Friends' posts and Public posts.
1. Blog in the "Create New Post…" field.
2. Click Arrow (on right) to Specify Number of Options.
3. Add Options and Click Post.
○ If you'd like to add pictures or videos to your post - See below.
You can add pictures and videos to both the "Create New Post…" and "Add Option" fields.
○ To add a picture to any field:
1. Click the Camera icon.
2. Choose the picture you'd like to upload using the browse window.
○ Alternatively - You can also copy an image's URL (must end with .JPG) and paste it into any Empty Field.
○ To add a video to any field:
1. Paste YouTube URL into any Empty Field.
○ The Camera icon turns blue when a picture or video is successfully added into a field.
○ To vote and influence the outcome of a post - Click an Option.
○ If an Option contains a picture or video - Click it's text to vote.
Your toolbar is used to:
○ Manage Friend Requests
○ Check Messages
○ and Check Notifications!

1. Navigate to the profile of the member you'd like to friend request.
2. Click the Friend icon on the member's toolbar.
3. Click the "Add Friend" button.
1. Check for the Friend Request Notifications on your toolbar.
2. Click the Notification, and choose to either Accept or Deny the Friend Request.
1. Navigate to the profile of the member you'd like to message.
2. Click the Message icon on the member's toolbar.
3. Compose your Message and click Send Message.
1. Click the Messages Tab on your toolbar.
2. Click any message to view it's full conversation.
○ If you have no new messages - Click See All Messages.
1. Navigate to the profile of the member you'd like to block.
2. Click the Friend icon on the member's toolbar.
3. Click the "Block Member" button.

1. Click a post's Comment icon (top right - next to Like icon).
2. Once viewing the Comments - Copy and Paste your Browser's URL anywhere to link to that Post.

2. In the Facebook Account field, Click on Connect (Found Under Privacy Settings).
3. Log in through the Facebook Dialog to authorize (connect) your Facebook account.
1. Click Search (top right) and type the person's username or name.
2. Click on the person's profile.
○ If you'd like to find Facebook friends who are currently on Formvote and be notified whenever any of them join - See below.
○ Stats help you understand your audience by displaying:
Vote Count: Total Votes Calculated.
Gender: The Pie Chart displays the percentage of male and female voters.
Age: The Bar Graph groups voters by age.
Location: The Map displays votes by location.
○ You can only check the Stats of your own posts.
The Bubble icon is used to:
○ Update your Profile Picture
○ Adjust your Privacy Settings
○ and Change your Profile Background!
1. Click on the Formvote Bubble (top right) and Select Settings from the drop down menu.
2. Click on a background to preview it. (Found Under Profile Backgrounds)
3. After choosing your background, click Save Changes.
○ Your Profile Background will only change after you click Save Changes.
1. Navigate to the profile of the member you'd like to Favorite.
2. Click the Favorite icon (star) on the member's toolbar.
3. Click Favorite User.
1. Navigate to the profile of the member you'd like to remove from your Favorites.
2. Click the Favorite icon (star) on the member's toolbar.
3. Click Remove Favorite.
1. Click the Arrow and Select Follow Post from the drop down menu.
○ You will now see this post under your Followed Posts.
1. Click the Arrow and Select Unfollow Post from the drop down menu.
○ This post will be removed from your Followed Posts.

If too many of the recent public posts (Explore tab) are from your account - You will be temporarily limited from posting publicly.
○ Your friends will still be able to view your posts on their Friends feed.
App Support for iPhone and Android
1. Tap on your Profile Picture (top left).

4. Select a picture to upload by choosing either Take Photo or Browse Library.
○ Thumbnail will appear when your profile picture is successfully updated.

Rules and Best Practices
Remember that by default, what you post on Formvote can potentially be viewed by anyone with an internet connection. Your Privacy Settings allow you to change these default Settings.
If you upload media that might be considered sensitive content such as nudity, violence, or medical procedures, your post can be reported and in effect, your post may be deleted. If after your post is deleted you continue to upload sensitive content, your account may be suspended or deactivated.
People all over the world can use pictures and videos to post through our Services. For the most part, we hope you enjoy most of the content others are sharing on Formvote. However, it is possible that you may unexpectedly see content that you find offensive.
On the Explore tab, you see posts from people all around the world. If you want to view posts from only your friends, switch to your Friends tab.
Remember you can also unfriend or block members that are disrupting your Formvote experience.
If you feel an image or video should be brought to the attention of the Formvote Team for review, please report the post. You can do this by clicking Report Post under the Post's drop down menu.
As long as notices are clear and complete, we will respond to alleged copyright infringement. Our copyright procedures are set forth in our Terms of Service.

You may not impersonate others through the Formvote service in a way that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.

You may not use Formvote.com's address book import to send repeat mass invitations.
You may not publish, post, message or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user's browser or computer or to compromise a user's privacy.
You may not create serial accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes, or with overlapping use cases.
Mass account creation may result in the complete deletion of all related accounts without prior notice.
You may not use a Verified Profile Badge or Sponsored Post Badge unless it's provided by Formvote. Accounts using these badges as part of profile pictures, or in a way that falsely implies affiliation with Formvote will be suspended.
You may not use obscene or pornographic images in your profile picture or in posts.
You may not post other people's private and confidential information, such as street addresses, credit card numbers, or Social Security/National Identity numbers, without their express authorization and permission.
You may not buy or sell Formvote usernames. Formvote may reclaim usernames without prior notice
Using or promoting third party sites that claim to get you more votes, including but not limited to, sites promising "more votes fast" or any other site that offers to automatically add votes to your account, can result in the suspension or deletion of your Formvote account and it's posts.
You may not use Formvote's services to Spam anyone.
Spamming or Abusing users will result in the suspension or deletion of your Formvote account and it's posts.
Formvote strives to protect it's members from spam and abuse. Technical abuse (spamming, etc) and member abuse (cyber bullying, etc) is not tolerated on Formvote.

Here are some of the factors that we take into consideration when determining whether conduct is considered to be spamming.
If your updates consist mainly of links, and not personal updates.
If you post misleading links.
If you are blocked by a large number of people.
The number of times you have been reported for spam.
If you post the same content over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate content on one account.
If you post multiple unrelated questions to a trending or popular category using Brackets.
If you send large numbers of duplicate messages.
If you post large numbers of duplicate comments.
If you repeatedly post the blogs of other members as your own.
Creating or purchasing accounts in order to gain votes.
○ Spamming or Abusing members will result in the suspension or deletion of your Formvote account and it's posts.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those user names. Any accounts using business names and/or logos to mislead others will be deleted.
You may not use our services for any unlawful purposes or to promote any illegal activities. International members must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You may not engage in username squatting.
We determine whether a person is engaging in username squatting by considering the number of accounts created. We also find out if any feeds of third party content are being used to update and maintain accounts under the names of those third parties.
Accounts engaging in username squatting may be deleted.
Accounts that are inactive for more than 3 months may also be removed without further notice.
You may not create Formvote accounts for the purpose of preventing others from using those account names or for the purpose of selling those accounts.
You may not post direct, specific threats of violence towards other members.
